President Barack Obama.
I never thought I would live to see this day. I never thought that we could do this, but as proven tonight, YES WE CAN!!
May we all come together and move forward. May we all be appreciative of the gift that we have been given, which is being an American in a time with the first black President, and become a better America.
We are beyond excited about our next president. It's a little lonely though here in Phoenix. :) most of the people in my little office voted for him, so that's a releif, however my in-laws sure didn't- and they are quite vocal about it. I actually stayed pretty calm during their Obama-bash this past Sunday. I picked my words wisely and tried not to get too angry with their ignorance. Ty and I talked about it later and he said he was disappointed that I didn't pick a fight with them! Geez, the one time I take it easy and DON'T pick a fight!!! it is very difficult to talk politics with them as they are blazing republicans. OH to live in a predominently democratic area again! Regardless- we voted for Obama- we voted for change- and We are elated that the country agreed.

I have heard so many people say that they finally know what it means to feel patriotic.
